At Pop n Rock Limited, we are committed to providing a positive and valuable experience for all our choir members. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds for choir memberships.
1. Term-Based Membership
All choir memberships are sold on a per-term basis. Each term includes access to weekly rehearsals and a suite of online resources, available for the duration of the term.
2. Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK consumer law:
- You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase if your term has not yet begun, and you have not accessed any of the online content.
- If the term has already started or you have accessed online resources within the 14-day period, you waive your right to a full refund. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion (see Section 3).
3. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period
We do not offer automatic refunds for cancellations made after the 14-day cooling-off period, or once the term has started and content/rehearsals have been accessed.
However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Refund requests made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may be subject to an administrative fee. Decisions are at the sole discretion of Pop n Rock Limited.
4. Missed Sessions
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for individual missed rehearsals or sessions, regardless of the reason. Members will continue to have access to online resources for the remainder of the term.
5. Cancellation by Pop n Rock Limited
If Pop n Rock Limited must cancel an entire term (e.g. due to venue issues or exceptional circumstances), members will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit towards a future term.
If only certain sessions are cancelled (e.g. due to illness or weather), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide equivalent online content. No refunds will be issued unless a significant portion of the term is cancelled.

To cancel your membership, please email us at [email protected] with your full name, order details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
