Pop ’n’ Rock has been awarded a 2026 Global Recognition Award in the Startup of the Year category.
Since launching in July 2025, our community has grown to around 250 members across eight choirs. This award recognises not just that growth, but the real impact we’ve made together—supporting wellbeing, building confidence, and creating meaningful social connection through music.
The judges highlighted our inclusive, community-driven approach, where every session is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all. They also recognised our commitment to originality, with every song arranged specifically for our choirs, as well as our work beyond rehearsals—from community performances and charity events to our summer school programme for young people.
What makes this especially meaningful is that the award is based on detailed, evidence-based assessment, with Pop ’n’ Rock rated at the highest level for exceptional, world-class achievement.
